2. Use of Services

  • You may use Plumsense Services only for lawful, internal business purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform or connected devices.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

3. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of your data.
  • We process data strictly to provide and improve our Services.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Pricing and billing details are outlined in your service agreement or order form.
  • All invoices are payable within the agreed timeline.
  • Plumsense may suspend or terminate access for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials on Plumsense are our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Security & Compliance

Plumsense follows strict data protection and cybersecurity practices, including encryption, access control, and continuous monitoring.
If a security breach occurs, we will notify affected customers as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Plumsense shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
  • Total liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the incident.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate Services with written notice for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted or returned as per our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction — e.g., India / England & Wales].

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that region.
